Web Page Creation and Site Management

I manage 14 web sites, including full support for online shopping and other scripts.
I believe in:
- Simple straight forward pages
- Ridid adherance to HTML 3.2 so it will work with anybody
- Minimal pictures and graphics - keep it simple and fast
- Fully checked sites for links
- Lots of simple pages rather than large slow pages
- If it can be a link it is a link
- Minimal use of colours - colours should be the user's choice
- Adherence to the usability guidelines unless there is a good reason not to
